Dev Spotlight: Prof. Hilary Mason

Hilary Mason is chief scientist at Path 101: she's a data scientist, a developer and a professor -- she's also a recent Open Hack NYC panelist and a member of the winning Delicious Cake team.

Hilary describes how she manages the balance between the solitary art of coding and the energy she gets from being actively involved in New York City's thriving technology scene.

Hilary chatted with YDN Theater in Madison Square Park, where she also shared her passions for data structures, collaboration, and dry-ice martinis.
