I am looking for the pattern description on adding and removing form elements. For example, i want to find a recipe, and i want to add and remove lines of ingredients. I understand the visual design, i am looking for the content to describe poper usage and rationale. any help is appreciated.

You should represent the inclusion by having the number of items contained written beside the title, something like: "Identity (2)" - this way you know how rich is the category and if it's worth entering it, and also you know that it's actually a "folder" and not a pattern.

The count is not enough, but would be better than the current implementation. Another suggestion is to visual make a distinction between a category and a pattern, with a proper icon or with another presentation style.

i am a fan of "view all". obviously it is not always a good idea, like when there are 100s of items to view, but when it is a good idea where is the best place for it?
yes - at the top and bottom of the list of items the user is paginating.
but do you put it with count ( events 1-10 of 30 view all)
or before the page numbers ( view all < 1 2 3 4 >)
or after the page numbers ( < 1 2 3 4 > view all)

This is a great pattern. I've run into an IE6/IE7 bug while using it, though. My hidden content contains a data table with borders and the borders show when the panel is closed.
