Music API Recent Releases, Help needed regarding acquiring information about new releases.

Hi,

Perhaps I'm being stupid and missing something, but the home page briefly mentions "Most Popular Charts / New Releases / Category Charts," before giving links to the first and the last of those mentioned.
I'm looking into using Yahoo! Music API to pull in the artists and album titles of the week's recent releases, to be used in a University Major project.
But from looking through the documentation I can't quite work out how I get that information fed back to me?
It isn't a particular artist, category, or chart, is it?
