Hi vinson,
It's possible that the problem has to do with some of the data that is set in the applicaiton. Can you make sure of a few things when creating the application:
If those don't provide a solution, can you please provide all of the information that you are adding in when creating your application (app name / description / app url / domain url / etc.) and I'll take a closer look.
