installing behind corporate firewall, cannot initiate to the point of creating an install log file

Is there a possible way to download the full install file? My company's firewall is preventing the installation from proceeding even to the point of creation of the installation log file. The install screen flashes for about 1/2 second and then disappears. I have added browserplus.yahoo.com to my security exceptions but still cannot get the install to proceed. If I could download the full install file I could get it installed. i used to have to do this with Netscape; never could get the automatic installation to work.
