Mobile Development on Blueprint
Overview
Blueprint is Yahoo!’s language for mobile widget development. It’s based on a versatile, XML syntax and open environment, allowing developers to maximize their reach and build widgets that work across hundreds of mobile devices. With Blueprint, developers can create a widget that looks brilliant on an iPhone and on Blackberry, and also works in an XHTML browser.
Blueprint allows you to take full advantage of the same programming environment used to create the mobile services available on the Yahoo! home page. Developers can leverage the expertise that was used to create Yahoo! mobile services that run today, on almost any mobile device.
